Our Beliefs
This page explains who Jesus is, what He has done, and how we can know God through Him. These truths come from the Bible, which is God’s Word, and they show us the way of salvation by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone.
Who is Jesus?
Jesus is the eternal Son of God. He is fully God and fully man, sent by the Father to save sinners. He is the only Savior and Lord.
The Trinity
The Trinity means there is one God in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. They are equal in power and glory and have always existed.
The Incarnation
The Incarnation means that the Son of God became a real human being in Jesus Christ, without ceasing to be God. He came to live among us and obey God perfectly.
The Cross and the Resurrection
Jesus died on the cross to pay for the sins of His people. He rose from the dead to defeat sin and death and to give eternal life to all who believe in Him.
The Church
The Church is the people God has saved through faith in Jesus Christ. It is not a building, but believers who gather to worship God, hear His Word, and grow together.
The Bible
The Bible is the Word of God. It is inspired by God, completely true, and the final authority for faith and life.
The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is God. He gives new life to believers, helps them understand the Bible, convicts them of sin, and empowers them to live for God.
How can I receive Jesus in my life?
We receive Jesus by God’s grace through faith alone. We repent of our sins and trust in Jesus Christ, resting in what He has done, not in our own works.
A simple prayer:
“Lord God, I know I am a sinner. I cannot save myself. I believe that Jesus Christ died for my sins and rose again. Please forgive me, change my heart, and help me live for You. I trust in Jesus alone for salvation. Amen.”
